這次生日晚飯好像飲宴般。基絲汀很久沒有參加飲宴了。除了最近參加一次的婚宴是西式的,中式的就很久,很久沒有參加過了。
奶奶很喜歡熱鬧的場合,見到兒孫滿堂,為她慶祝生日,收到那麼多禮物,實用又有紀念價值。想必滿心歡喜囉。
這間食肆『明星海鮮舫』的前身即『沙田畫舫』。外形像一只船,傳統的茶樓格局。供應的菜式大眾化,碟頭份量夠抵食,適合家庭用餐。奶奶和老爺提議到這裏,就投其所好。

先來這個頭盤,看頭不小。菜單中,給它命名為:『鴻運乳豬全體』有趣!是『乳豬全體』,包括豬頭,豬手和豬尾。不把豬頭的全照post上來,為免冒犯了一些讀者囉!
乳豬脆皮甘香脆口,肉質嫩滑,蘸點甜醬,風味甚佳。

喜灼海生蝦:基絲汀很喜歡吃這道。蝦肉夠新鮮和彈牙。最愛蘸甜醬油和芥辣。總覺得新鮮水煮的蝦比起澳洲煮熟後,放在超市賣的蝦好吃得多呢。

富貴黃金球:這個該是炸蝦球吧。仍不肯定。

菜單有這道『蠔皇金錢鮑螺片』,不過找不到螺片,反而冬菇就很多。冬菇是我家最愛吃的食材之一。尤其是喜慶日子,總覺得一定要有冬菇的。當晚這個菜很叫好!

頗喜歡這個橙式的壽包,包皮軟綿幼滑,奶黃餡夠香又滑。蠻不錯!
